The School Runs in 2 Shifts:
Shift – I
Nur to KG II: 7:00 am to 11:00 am
Class VI to Class XII: 7:00 am to 12:20 pm
Shift – II
Nur to KG II: 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm
Class VI to Class XII: 12:30 pm to 5:00 pm
Note: Students are expected to reach school at least 10 minutes in advance.
Visiting Hours For Parents
Principal
9:00 am to 11:00 am Mon/Wed/Fri (with Prior Appointment)
Vice-Principal
9:30 am to 11:30 am (all days) (with Prior Appointment)
H.M. (Morning Shift)
8:00 am to 10:00 am (all days) (with Prior Appointment)
H.M. (Day Shift)
10:30 am to 12:00 noon (all days) (with Prior Appointment)
Note:
- Kindly adhere to the visiting hours to avoid disappointment.
- Please telephone the Principal only when no one else listed above can attend to your problem.
- Gate pass would be issued to the children is case of dire emergency only. No gate pass will be issued on the day of Test.
- If a student is absent from the school he / she should have a leave application duly signed by the Parents / Guardian on the day he / she rejoins school.
- Parents are forbidden to meet their children and the teacher during normal teaching periods.
- In case of an emergency, parents must seek prior appointment from the class teacher or subject teacher through the principal of the school.
