For Balvatika (i.e Nursery, KG I & KG II) admission may be granted depending upon the availability of seats. There is no written test or interview for admission to Balvatika and Class I. Age limit for admission to different classes as on April 1 is as follows:

KG - I
4+ Years
KG - II
5+ Years

6+ Years
- Admissions to Nursery (Balvatika) are open only for 90 seats.
- Admission to other classes is subject to the availability of seats.
- Requests for admission must be made by the parents in person.
- It is mandatory to bring the ward to complete the admission process.
- Direct admission is not permitted to Classes X and XII.
- For admission to class IX, a written examination will be conducted in the month of March.
- Admission to the class XI will be given purely on the merit basis and depending on the availability of seats.
At the time of admission, parents are requested to submit the following documents:

| 05. | A Copy of the Front Page of the Parents’ Bank Passbook |
| 06. | Two Passport Size Photographs. (White Shirt with Pink Background) |
| 07. | Vaccination Certificate. |
| 08. | Duly filled-in Medical Certificate (as attached) |
| 09. | Transfer Certificate - Counter Signed by District Education Officer (Class II & above) |
Please Note: All Photocopies must be self-attested.
Withdrawals
An application for a Transfer Certificate must be made in writing to the Principal by the parent/guardian, after clearing all dues to the school and submitting a photocopy of the marksheet.
The following documents are required:
